Cooperative R＆D can resolve these problems such as inadequate fund, knowledge spillover and repetitive investments which dependent R＆D can meet with. Cooperators should in advance choose collaborative pattern as well as returns allocation mechanism. This article takes RJV and CLA as example, theoretically showing how to choose cooperative R＆D pattern. Then on the basis of RJV, establishes model to decide the equilibrium outcomes of returns allocation coefficients and effort levels of every participant, further analyzes the equilibrium outcomes.
