Satellite-borne DOAS(Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy)spectrometer utilizing 4 array CCDs can monitor the spectrum of atmosphere in real-time.In this spectrometer,the CCD imaging circuit is the core of elec-tronic device.The circuit has general functions of CCD imaging circuit,and uses “4-in-1 ”and “digital binning”schemes aiming at the space limitation of satellite and the supplies of aerospace components.In this article,the design and implementation of the circuit is described,and the characteristics of the “4-in-1 ”and “digital binning”schemes are mainly discussed.
