质量过程控制是质量标准体系ISO9001 2008版中新加入的规定,考虑生产流程、面向质量过程控制的车间布局规划是对企业发展提出的新要求。以某风机车间为对象,对其生产现状和存在的问题进行分析,提出面向质量过程控制的生产工艺流程改进方案。在此基础上,运用系统布局规划（SLP）方法,研究生产工艺流程中各作业单位之间的物流与非物流关系,制定面向质量过程控制的车间布局优化方案。
英文摘要：
Quality process control is one of the new specifications in the international quality framework ISO 9001 2008.Enterprises are urged to make the workshop layout planning based on production process and oriented towards quality process control.On the basis of a case study of a certain blower workshop,this paper analyzes the production status of the workshop,and proposes a way for improving its production process aimed at quality process control.With the improved workflow,a system layout planning method was employed to analyze the logistical and non-logistical relationships between individual operation units and finally the optimal results were derived.
