高校学术权力和行政权力共同存在于高校这一特殊的组织中．二者基于不同的利益需求，呈现出不同的力量对比状态。文章针对这种现象，在有限理性假设的基础上建立了高校学术权力和行政权力的演化博弈模型，并求得博弈模型的演化稳定策略。其次，对模型的演化稳定策略及不同因素的影响情况进行了分析。最后用数值仿真算例验证相关研究结论，对比分析选择策略初始值、投入成本、奖罚基数及奖励分配系数、惩罚分配系数等发生变化时对演化稳定策略的影响。

英文摘要：

The academic power and administrative power existed simultaneously in the universities being a particular organization, both of them showed a different power state based on the different interest demand. A evolutionary game model for this phenomenon was developed on the basis of limited rationality assumption in this paper, and the evolutionary stable strategy of the mode] was obtained. Then, the evolutionary stable strategies and the effect of different factors were studied. Finally, the numerical simulation examples were given to verify the related research conclusions, by comparing the results of the evolutionary stable strategies in the case that the initial values of the choosing strategy, input costs, rewards and punishment base, and the ratio of rewards allocation and punishments allocation were changed.
