光学相干层析技术(OCT)是一种迅速发展的非侵入式,高分辨力,实时,在体医学层析成像技术。为了使OCT系统更加紧凑,便于应用,作为OCT系统关键之一的横向扫描系统,越来越趋向于小型化,使其不仅能够探测人体体表信息,也能进入人体,实现内窥功能。主要由以下几种形式出现:(1)光纤谐振扫描;(2)微机电系统(MEMS);(3)微马达旋转扫描。文中通过比较各种方式的优劣,为OCT研究人员选择合适的方式应用于不同领域提供便捷,也为OCT横向扫描系统的发展奠定了坚实的基础。
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is an emerging medical imaging technology that permits noninvasive, high-resolution, cross-sectional imaging of tissue in situ and in real time. In order to make OCT system more compact and convenient to use, as oneof the key points in OCT system, the lateral scanning system tends to miniaturization, not only detecting body surface, but also can enter the body to realize endoscopic function. We have invented several kinds as follows: (1) fiber resonance scanning, (2) microelectromechanical system (MEMS), (3) micro-motor rotational scanning. By comparing the pros and cons of those ways, OCT researchers are able to choose the suitable scanning probe, which is applied in different fields for convenient and at the same time leading a solid foundation for the development of lateral scanning system in OCT.
