To use the shear-warp algorithm to reconstrucl optical coherence tomography (OCT) 3D images nf vitro teeth, and visualize the internal organizational structure by adjusting the opacity transfer tunction and using the illumination model. 3D reconstructed images are convenienl for doetors to locate lesions and diagnose early dental caries. The basic principle of the shear-warp algorithm is introduced, and an all-fiber OCT dental diagnosis system and the B-scans are described, and reeonstructed 3D images of vitro teeth are also shown.
