目的：探讨昆明地区男性更年期综合征的中医证候学规律。方法：选定云南省中医医院泌尿男科、老年病科门诊或住院病人,年龄在45-65岁且为昆明本地居民,对每位患者进行中老年男性部分雄性激素缺乏（PADAM）自我评分,若评分阳性,则纳为调查对象,并进行中医证候学问卷调查。调查结束后,运用SPSS13.0软件包对所有有效调查表进行统计,分析调查对象的证候分布特征及规律。结果：共收集有效连续病例1 252例,中医证型多为复合证型,其中心肾不交证＋肝气郁结证347例（27.72%）,肾阴虚证＋心肾不交证226例（18.05%）,心阴虚证＋心肾不交证196例（15.65%）,心阳虚证＋心肾不交证107例（8.55%）,肾阳虚证＋脾阳虚证29例（2.32%）,肾阴虚证＋肝阴虚证＋肝气郁结证127例（10.14%）,肾阴虚证＋肾阳虚证＋肝阴虚证96例（7.67%）,肾阴虚证＋肾阳虚证＋肝气郁结证52例（4.15%）,湿热瘀阻型28例（2.24%）,单纯肾阴虚证14例（1.12%）,单纯肝气郁结证30例（2.4%）。结论：肾阴虚、肝气郁结、心肾不交为男性更年期综合征的常见中医证型,且多为复合证型。

英文摘要：

Objective： Study on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes＇ distribution of the male climacteric syndrome（MCS） in Kunming.Methods： Selected the patients native in Kunming,hospital or clinic of geriatric department and urology and andrology department in Yunnan Provincial Hospital of TCM,who was aged between 45 and 65 years old.Carried out a self-scoring of PADAM for each.If the score was positive,then the patients would enter into investigation scope and questionnaire survey of MCS was also performed at the same time.Analyzed all the valid questionnaire table with SPSS 13.0 after the investigation,analyzed the symptoms complex distributional characteristics of TCM.Results： 1 252 valid and consecutive cases were used for statistical analysis.TCM syndrome was mostly complex type.The complex type of disharmony between heart and kidney and stagnation of liver Qi were 347 cases（27.72%）;deficiency of kidney Yin and disharmony between heart and kidney were 226 cases（18.05%）;deficiency of heart Yin and disharmony between heart and kidney were 196 cases（15.65%）;deficiency of heart Yang and disharmony between heart and kidney were 107 cases（8.55%）;deficiency of kidney Yang and deficiency of spleen Yang were 29 cases（2.32%）;deficiency of kidney Yin,deficiency of liver Yin and stagnation of liver Qi were 127 cases（10.14%）;deficiency of kidney Yin,deficiency of kidney Yang and deficiency of liver Yin were 96 cases（7.67%）;deficiency of kidney Yin and deficiency of kidney Yang and stagnation of liver Qi were 52 cases（4.15%）.The syndrome of stagnant dampness heat type were 28 cases（2.24%）.The single type deficiency of kidney Yin were 14 cases（1.12%） and the stagnation of liver Qi were 31cases（2.4%）.Conclusion： It concludes that deficiency of kidney Yin,stagnation of liver Qi,disharmony between heart and kidney are the common types of syndrome.Complex type is more frequent in the clinic.
