作为高校科研创新的主要载体,高校创新团队现如今有着举足轻重的地位。在考核、评价以及奖惩等不同环节,都应有不同的方法手段来实行操作,因此一个好的创新团队绩效评价尤为重要。在建立良好的竞争机制的同时,也应使成果评价机制得到完善,从而使创新团队成果量化评价机制得以很好的建立。本文针对高校创新团队绩效评价体系进行分析,首先阐述其得以构建的历史条件,接着提出其目前存在的问题,最后指出了今后应努力的方向。
As the main carrier of scientific research innovation in colleges and universities,the innovation team now has a pivotal position.In the assessment,evaluation and reward and punishment and other aspects,there should be a different approach to the implementation of the operation,so a good performance evaluation of innovative team is particularly important.In the establishment of a good competitive mechanism,but also should make the results of the evaluation mechanism to be improved,so that the innovation team to quantify the evaluation mechanism to establish a good.This paper focuses on the analysis of university innovation teamperformance evaluation system,firstly,to construct the historical conditions,then puts forward the existing problems,and finally points out the direction of future efforts should be made to.
