循环冷却水沉积的水垢会对工业生产造成严重危害,复配型阻垢剂是水质稳定剂的一种,广泛应用于工业循环冷却水系统.本文以丙烯酸(AA),马来酸(MA)和二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦(DTPMPA)3种物质为原料,按照不同体积比将其复配,合成复配型阻垢剂(AA/MA+DTPMPA),并系统地研究了该阻垢剂浓度、钙离子浓度、HCO-3浓度和温度对其阻垢性能的影响.实验结果表明AA/MA与DTPMPA的最佳复配体积比为2∶1,在80℃下当阻垢剂浓度为0.8 mg·m L-1,钙离子浓度1.6 mg·m L-1时,AA/MA+DTPMPA的阻垢率为88.2%,说明该阻垢剂在高温条件下仍具有良好的阻垢效果,可用于高温循环冷却水系统.
The water scale deposition in cooling system will cause serious harm to the industrial production. Multicompound scale inhibitor is a kind of water quality stabilizer,which is widely used in industrial circulating cooling water system. A copolymer scale inhibitor was synthesized in water phase from reaction materials acrylic acid( AA),maleic acid( MA) and diethylene triamine penta( methylene phosphonic acid)( DTPMPA) with different ratio. Herein,the effects of concentration of scale inhibitor and Ca2 +,HCO-3and temperature on the scale inhibition performance of AA / MA + DTPMPA were studied systematically. The optimal volume proportion of AA / MA and DTPMPA was 2∶ 1. Moreover,when the concentration of Ca2 +was 1. 6 mg·m L- 1,the concentration of scale inhibitor was 0. 8 mg·m L- 1,its inhibition rate under 80 ℃ could reach 88. 2%. The experimental results indicated that AA/MA + DTPMPA had excellent scale inhibition performance and was suitable for the circulating cooling water system with high temperature.
