雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)是核受体超家族的成员之一,雌激素及其类似物可以通过雌激素受体调控许多基因的表达。目前已经发现的雌激素受体包括两种亚型:ERα和ERβ。二者在不同的细胞类型中,针对不同的基因发挥不同的调控作用,进而引发多种多样的生物学效应。本文旨在就目前对雌激素受体信号转导途径的研究进展作一综述。
Estrogen receptors are members of nuclear receptor superfamily. Estrogen or its analogue can regulate gene expression by estrogen receptors. Estrogen receptors have two isoforms, ERa and ERb, combined with/without estrogen and they have distinct biological effects in different cells involved different genes. This article is a review of the research progress of the gene regulation mechanisms of estrogen receptors.
