Through analysis and evaluation of energy consumption on-site survey near 200 large-scale public building in Xi＇an, the necessity of subentry measure was discussed. The program of wireless long-distance real-time supervision was put forward, which rot only provides the data foundation for government policy decision, but finds the method and potential for energy-saving. At the same time, it can implement national building energy-soving management system and come up to the aim of energy-saving of large public building.
