针对自锚式悬索桥体系转换施工期的受力和变形特点,系统地总结和提出吊索张拉方案(含鞍座顶推)确定的六原则。以此原则为基础,探讨平胜大桥(世界上第一座独塔自锚式悬索桥)吊索张拉的可能方案,给出推荐方案。针对自锚式悬索桥吊索张拉方案中各施工步实施及其控制的共性问题,讨论吊索张拉方案中各施工步的实施控制原则和实施方法,给出建议。平胜大桥按推荐方案、建议的施工步实施控制原则和实施方法进行吊索张拉和鞍座顶推施工和控制,高效、高精度地达到了预期目标。
In view of the mechanical and deformation characteristics in the construction period of a self-anchored suspension bridge with system transformation, six principles for determination of the suspender tension and saddle pushing procedures have been proposed. The Pingsheng Bridge is the first self-anchored suspension bridge with single tower in the world. Based on the proposed principles, the possible suspender tension and saddle push procedures for the Pingsheng Bridge are investigated. A reasonable procedure is suggested. According to the common problems in each construction control step for a self-anchored suspension bridge, control principles and implementing methods for each construction step are discussed and suggestions provided. The suspender tension and saddle pushing constructions are carried out. The objective is reached with high efficiency and high accuracy.
