针对双塔大横向倾角空间主缆自锚式悬索桥体系转换施工期的受力和变形特点,提出该类自锚式悬索桥体系转换方案(即吊索张拉方案)确定的原则。以杭州江东大桥为工程背景,研究该类自锚式悬索桥体系转换方案的确定过程,提出"在适当时机张拉临时索附近的永久吊索,以克服临时索容许索力不足的缺陷"的调索思路。通过优化计算,获得无需主动放松临时索的该类自锚式悬索桥体系转换方案,并给出该方案各施工步桥梁的反应。基于施工期的参数敏感性分析,提出该类自锚式悬索桥临时吊索及永久吊索的张拉控制方法。江东大桥的工程实践表明,按该方法进行双塔大横向倾角空间主缆自锚式悬索桥体系转换施工或控制,能确保成桥线形和内力达到理想效果。
For the mechanics and deformation characteristics of a self-anchored suspension bridge with two towers and big transverse inclination spatial cables during system transform, the principles of how to determine the system transformation program were put forward. For the Jiangdong Bridge, the optimization procedure of system transformation program was studied. The idea that to tension the perpetual suspender near by the temporary suspender when it is appropriate to make up the defect of the temporary suspender whose allowable tension value is small was put forward. Through optimization, a system transformation program for this bridge type, which needs not to relax the temporary suspender artificially, was provided, and responses of the Jiangdong Bridge in every construction step of the program were determined. Based on the parameter sensitivity analysis for construction periods of this bridge type, the control principles of their temporary and perpetual suspenders tension in system transformation period were advised.The construction and control practice of the Jiangdong Bridge indicated that the line shape and internal force of the bridge can reach desired state by using the proposed method.
