With the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, the innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a breakthrough to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education.The development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education is closely related to a variety of other forms of education. The unique content of maker education makes it becomes the preferred form of education to promote the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education. In the ＂Internet plus Education＂ era background, ＂Internet plus Maker Education＂ came into being. ＂Internet plus Maker Education＂ is helpful for forming a new ecology for the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. It can form IT-enabled innovation education practice field, generate online and offline integrated mass entrepreneurship education space, realize the seamless connection with entrepreneurship education in the Internet age.
