文章针对数字化学习资源建设中存在的缺乏用户体验考量、缺少用户体验模型等问题,依据用户体验的内容结构、用户体验的理论模型和数字化学习资源的功能与特征,构建了"一个核心价值、四个内容结构、九个构成要素和两个体验层次"的数字化学习资源的用户体验模型,回应了"什么样的学习资源最有效"的问题。同时,文章以微课为例,利用数字化学习资源的用户体验模型衍生出微课用户体验模型,将其作为微课开发的理论依据和微课评价的判断标准。期望数字化学习资源建设者能利用数字化学习资源的用户体验模型,不断优化资源的设计与开发,从用户体验视角提高资源的建设水平。
This paper aims at the problems of the lack of user experience considerations and user experience model in the construction of digital learning resources. According to the content structure of the user experience, the theoretical model of user experience, the functions and characteristics of digital learning resources, this paper constructs the user experience model which consists of "one core value, four content structures, nine elements and two levels of experience", to answer the question: "what kind of learning resources is most effective". Meanwhile, taking Micro-lecture for example, this paper employs user experience model in utilizing digital learning resources to derive the user experience model of Micro-lecture, using it as a theoretical basis of Micro-lecture development and a judgement standard of Micro-lecture evaluation. We hope that the builders of digital learning resources can utilize the user experience model to optimize the design and development of resources, and improve the building level of resources from the perspective of user experience.
