[目的/意义]原创性教育UGC的存在使得学习者可以通过多元化的渠道获取学习资源,这将政变学习者的学习方式。而用户的积极参与是原创性教育UGC生成的前提和保障。[方法/过程]基于动因理论、社会交换理论和自我效能感理论从个体和社会两个维度提出了原创性教育UGC的生成动因假设模型,共建立16个理论假设,同时以原创性教育UGC的创作者为研究对象进行实证研究。[结果/结论]利用结构方程模型进行了假设检验,友现助学者动机、利他主义、成就感与满足感以及终身学习思想等因素均对用户的创作意向有积极影响。最后针对研究结论提出了相应的对策建议。
[ Purpose/Significance] The existence of original UGC of education enables learners to get learning resources through diversechannels, thus changes the way of learning. The active participation of users guarantees the generation of origmai UGC of education.[ Method/Process ] Based on motivation theory, social exchange theory and self-efficacy theory, this research put forward an original edu-cation UGC generating motivation model from two dimensions of individual and society, extracting 12 factors and constructing 16 theoreti-cal hypotheses for the empirical motivation study using the creator of original UGC of education as the research object. [ ResulVCondu-sion ] Structural equation model is used to verify the hypotheses. It is found that motivation to help others, altruism, a sense of achievementand satisfaction, and the idea of lifelong learning have a positive impact on user's enthusiasm to generate content. Some correspondingmeasures and suggestions on motivating more user involvement in generating content are presented at last.
