Network vision capability is an organizational strategic ability based on network. It is crucial for the network planning and formation under open innovation and for the full access of external useful innovative resources and continuous maintainence of innovational network advantage. Based on the structure of the network vision planning, the article discusses the relationship between network vision capability and open innovation, on the basis of which, the article separately elaborates the constructing measures for network vision capability from entrepreneurship, organizational culture and information technology.
