动态能力强调企业的发展与环境相匹配,这一过程需要持续的创新支持。技术与市场的发展推动了创新范式的转变,企业与多元化的创新参与者联合在一起嵌套在密集互动的网络中实现创新获利。网络化创新打破了组织界面,是基于资源跨组织边界流动的价值创造和分享,知识创造和网络嵌入构成企业动态能力的微观基础。企业一方面面临由知识基础性风险带来的知识发现、整合及转化的压力;另一方面面临由嵌入属性带来的网络开放度、权力、控制的压力。基于压力筛选的逻辑,企业动态能力向两种机制拓展:一是以跨组织的知识识别、创造和获取为核心的学习能力机制,二是发展、维护和支配组织间联接的网络能力机制,由此构成网络化创新下企业动态能力模型。
Dynamic capability emphasizes the fitness between firms' development and the external environment,which process is supported by continuous innovation.Information technology and globalization is changing the paradigm of innovation.Firms tend to collaborate with diversified participants to innovate and profit in complicated networks.Apart from the traditional model that focusing on internal invention or strategic alliance,networked innovation eliminated the artificial boundaries.It is a process of value creating and sharing based on the knowledge flow inter-organizationally.Knowledge innovation and network embeddedness become the basic components of dynamic environment,which bring more challenges to firms in two dimensions:pressures of knowledge recognition,knowledge integration and knowledge transformation caused by the basic risk of knowledge;and pressures of network openness,network power and network controlling caused by embeddedness characteristics.According to the logic that challenges screen and select the competency,a firm's dynamic capability will expand into learning mechanism including knowledge identification,creation and acquisition;and network mechanism includes network building,positioning and governance,which theoretically describes an adaptive model of dynamic capability.
