设计加工了适当的阀上实验室-电化学检测流通池,将三电极整合加工到阀内,以pH为4.7的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液为支持电解质,可更新汞膜碳糊电极为工作电极,采用顺序注射-阀上实验室-微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法实现了对痕量重金属镉的快速测定.在最佳实验条件下,峰电流与Cd^2+的质量浓度在5.0~75.0μg·L^-1范围呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.41μg·L^-1,对质量浓度为20μg·L^-1的试液11次重复测量的相对标准偏差为2.8%,分析频率为30h^-1.该方法仪器简单,样品和试剂消耗量低,操作快速.
Sequential injection lab-on-valve (LOV) renewnal mercuy film was first proposed for analyzing Cd coupled with differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV), the electrochemical flow cell including three electrodes was designed as a part of the selection valve of the SIA (sequential injection apparatus). Under the optimal parameters, the response was linear in the concentration range from 5.0 to 75.0μg.L^-1 along with a sampling frequency of 30 h^-1 , a detection limit of 0.41μg .L^-1 was obtained with a precision of 2.8% rsd at the level of 20 μg.L^-1. The total processing was carried out in a closed channel system, which enhanced the repeatability of analysis procedure and minimized sample and reagent consumption. The practical applicability of the present procedure was demonstrated by determination of Cd in environmental water samples.
