研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠和苯酚及其混合物在pH6.0的磷酸二氢钠一磷酸氢二钠缓冲液中的一阶导数同步荧光光谱,确定了最佳实验条件:波长差△λ=60nm,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的测定波长为224nm,苯酚的测定波长为258nm,建立了一阶导数同步荧光法同时测定混合物中十二烷基苯磺酸钠和苯酚的新方法。十二烷基苯磺酸钠和苯酚的线性范围分别为0.05-8.00mg/L和0.10-5.50mg/L;线性相关系数分别为0.9955和0.9997;检出限分别为8.4μg/L和5.3μg/L;回收率分别为95%~100%和98%-102%;相对标准偏差分别为3.8%和1.9%。该方法可用于水中十二烷基苯磺酸钠和苯酚的同时检测,结果满意。
A spectrofluorometric method for the simultaneous determination of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and phenol was developed. The procedure was based on their intrinsic fluorescence in pH 6. 0 solution. The broad-band overlapping conventional spectra of both compounds were resolved by means of derivative synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The main parameters affecting the analytical performance were studied and the optimum conditions were obtained in pH 6.0 NaH2PO4 -Na2HPO4 buffer by using wavelength difference of 60 nm and scan speed of 1 200 nm/min at determination wavelengths of 224 nm for SDBS and 258 nm for phenol. Under the optimized condi- tions, the fluorescence intensitio~ were linear over the concentration range of 0. 05 - 8. 00 mg/L for SDBS with a correlation coefficient of 0. 995 5 and 0. 10 -5.50 mg/L for phenol with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 7. The limits of detection (LODs) for SDBS and phenol were 8.4 μg/L and 5.3 μg/L, respectively, and the average recoveries were 95% -100% and 98% -102% , respectively. The relative standard deviations of 2.0 mg/L SDBS and 0. 5 mg/L phenol were 3.8% and 1.9 % , respectively. The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and was applied in the analysis of SDBS and phenol in water samples with satisfactory results.
