目的探讨全反式维甲酸(atRA)对肾盂。肾炎大鼠肾脏纤维化的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、假手术组(B组)、模型组(C组)和治疗组(D组),每组10只。用致肾盂肾炎大肠杆菌制备大鼠肾盂肾炎模型。观察肾脏大体观改变和光境下HE、PAS染色肾组织纤维化的变化。结果A、B组大鼠尿细菌培养细菌数均〈1^5CFU/ml;C、D组大鼠尿细菌培养细菌数均〉10^5CFU/ml。A、B组大鼠肾脏的大体观和光镜下均正常,但D组较C组在肾脏大体观上肿胀程度减轻,光镜下纤维化程度减轻、肾盂肾盏扩张变形不明显。结论atRA能抑制肾盂肾炎大鼠肾脏炎症反应和纤维化的进展。
Objective To evaluate the effects of all trans retinoic acid (atRA) on kidney fibrosis in pyelonephritic rats. Methods Forty rats were randomly assigned into four groups (n = 10):control group (group A), sham operation group (group B) pyeionephritic model group (group C), and pyelonephritis treated with atRA (D). Each rat was injected with 0.1ml of solution containing Escherichia coil through left renal medullae. The kidney morphology was observed under the light microscopy. Results The rats in both group C and D had continuously positive bacterial culture more than 105 CFU/ml. Kidney fibrosis in group D was milder than in group C. Conclusion atRA can ameliorate interstitial inflammation and fibrosis in pyelonephritic rats.
