以2,6-吡啶二甲酸为原料,经酯化后以金属钠作为新型碱性试剂,通过克莱森缩合制备出标题化合物,两步反应收率分别高达93.7%和76.7%。与传统的碱性试剂乙醇钠相比,产率得到了较大提高,并且实验操作大大简化。
2,6-Diacteylpyfidine was synthesized via esterification and the Claisen condensation using 2,6-pyfidinediearboxylie acid as the starting material, with the metallic sodium being used as the base reagent for the first time. The yield of 2, 6-diearbethoxylpyridine and 2, 6-diacteylpyridine could reach 93.7% and 76.7%, respectively. Compared with the traditional base reagent sodium ethylate, the yield of 2, 6-diaeteylpyridine was increased greatly, and the preparation process was simpler and convenient.
