以壳聚糖和异丙醇铝为原料通过化学键合法制备了壳聚糖。铝氧化物复合材料,通过FTIR、SEM、TG等方法对其进行了表征,考察了其对水溶液中Cu^2+的吸附性能。结果表明,在制备的复合材料中,铝与壳聚糖发生了键合作用,无机铝氧化物均匀分散在壳聚糖中,复合材料的热稳定性得到显著提高;与壳聚糖及壳聚糖和A12O3的混合材料相比,复合材料对Cu^2+的吸附性能明显改善,其中吸附率比壳聚糖提高了13%,吸附量可达146mg/g。
A novel chitosan-aluminium oxide composite material was synthesized by reaction of chitosan with aluminium isopropanol, and was characterized by FTIR, SEM and TG. The results showed that aluminium oxide was bonded with chitosan and dispersed uniformly in chitosan, which results in the thermostability of composite has been enhanced remarkably. The adsorption properties of the composite material for Cu^2+ were studied in aqueous solution. The adsorption performances of composite for Cu^2+ have been improved obviously. The adsorption rate has been increased 13% compared with chitosan and the adsorptive capacity of composite can reach 146mglg.
