作者以两化融合形成的内在作用机理为依据，利用2001～2012年中国省际面板数据构建两化融合水平测度模型，应用菲德（Feder）模型和改进的极值边界分析（The Restricted Extreme Bounds Analysis ，REBA）模型，实证检验两化融合对经济增长的“稳健性”影响。实证结果验证信息化通过直接效应对经济增长具有“稳健性”影响的假说成立，但两化融合通过信息化的外溢作用对经济增长有稳健影响的假说不成立。基于此，提出推动信息技术升级、加速工业结构转型和增进地区间交流等政策建议。

英文摘要：

The hypothesis of influence of economic growth and integration of industrialization and IT application based on the mecha -nism of the integration of industrialization and IT application .We have built the indexes of the integration of industrialization and IT appli -cation by using the panel data from 2001 ~ 2012 .According to the calculated results ,by the use of the Restricted Extreme Bounds Analysis （REBA） , the hypothesis of informatization has a robust influence on economic growth through direct effect which is already demonstrated . However ,the hypothesis of integration of industrialization and IT application has a robust influence on economic growth through that spillover effect is not verified up till now .Based on the view of points ,we should promote the informatization process by upgrading informa -tion technology and transforming the structure of industry , and also promote exchanges among the different areas .
