采用博弈论中的委托代理模型研究了团队协作效应下企业员工责任投入对知识型员工团队激励机制的影响,分析了团队规模、员工风险成本因子等影响因素与员工责任投入以及企业经济效益的关系,并与无责任投入的情形进行了详细比较。研究表明,企业员工责任投入与员工风险成本因子负相关,与初始协作效应和团队规模均正相关;企业投入员工责任能显著提升员工的两类努力以及知识型员工的个人单位绩效奖励强度,但不会提高团队单位绩效强度;无论于企业还是员工,投入员工责任均有利于其经济价值的实现。
This paper used the principal- agent model of game theory to study the influence of enterprise employee responsibility investment on the knowledge employee incentive mechanism which under the effect of team collaboration. It analyzed the relationship among the influence factors( such as team size,degree of risk cost),employee responsibility investment and enterprise economic benefit,it also compared with the situation of no responsibility investment in detail. The result show that,employees responsibility investment was negative correlation with employee risk cost factor,while had positive relationship with initial cooperation effect and team size. In addition,if companies input employee responsibility,employee's two kinds of efforts and the individual unit performance incentive intensity of the knowledge employees could be greatly increased,but,it does not improve the unit performance intensity of team;putting in employee responsibilities had benefit in both companies and employees to realize their economic value.
