通过3,6-二氟哒嗪与(未)取代苄醇在NaOH/CH3CN体系反应,合成了一系列未见报道的3-(未)取代苄氧基-6-氟哒嗪,其结构均经^1H NMR,IR和元素分析确证.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物对油菜和稗草均有一定的抑制作用,讨论了其结构与除草活性的关系.
A series of novel 3-(un)substituted benzyloxy-6-fluoropyridazine derivatives were synthesized by reaction of different benzyl alcohols with 3,6-difluoropyridazine in CHaCN catalyzed by NaOH. Their structures were identified by ^1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay showed that all of them possessed some extent herbicidal activity against Brassica napus and Echinochloa crusgalli, and the structure-activity relationship was discussed.
