为了寻找高活性的先导化合物,以3,6-二氯哒嗪为原料,经过三步反应,合成了一系列未经文献报道的3-芳氧基-6-(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)哒嗪.所有新化合物的结构均经过^1H NMR,IR,LC—MS和元素分析确认.初步的生物活性测试表明,所合成的化合物都有一定的除草活性.
In order to find highly active lead compounds, a series of new pyridazine derivatives have been synthesized using 3,6-dichloropyridazine as starting material by a three-step synthetic route. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR, LC-MS spectra and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay results showed that all of the compounds possessed some extent herbicidal activity.
