采用紫外吸收光谱法研究了β-CD/Fe3O4磁性纳米复合物、HP-β-CD/Fe3O4磁性纳米复合物和SBE-β-CD/Fe3O4磁性纳米复合物对布洛芬(IBU)的负载作用。不同β-CD衍生物修饰的Fe3O4磁性纳米复合物对IBU的负载能力不同,最大负载量分别为7.39mg/g、3.12mg/g和10.25mg/g。相溶解度实验表明:三种磁性纳米复合物都可以增加IBU的溶解度,增溶倍数依次为8.14倍、3.64倍、38.88倍,SBE-β-CD/Fe3O4磁性纳米复合物的增溶效果最明显。
Ultraviolet absorption spectrophotometry was used to study inclusion interaction of β-CD/Fe3O4 magnetic nanocomposites, HP-β-CD/Fe3O4 magnetic nanocomposites and SBE-β-CD/Fe3O4 magnetic nano- composites for ibuprofen (IBU). Different kinds of β-CD derivatives modified Fe3O4 magnetic nanocomposites possessed of different inclusion capability for IBU, the maximum inclusion quantities were 7.39 mg/g, 3.12 mg/g and 10.25 mg/g,respectively. Phase solubility experiment showed that three kinds of magnetic nanocomposites could increase the solubility of IBU and solubilization ratio were 8.14 times, 3.64 times, 38.88 times, respectively. Solubilization effect of SBE-β-CD/Fe3 O4 magnetic nanocomposite was the most remarkable.
