以4,6-二甲基香豆素为原料,通过Wittig反应引入苯环延长其电子共轭体系,再经N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(NBS)溴代,然后与二乙醇胺反应、乙酰氯酯化得到一种新型的苯乙烯基氨甲基香豆素衍生物4-[trans’4-(甲酸甲酯)-苯乙烯基]-6-[二(2-乙酰氧乙基)氨甲基]-香豆素(TSAC),并对其结构进行了核磁表征.通过紫外和荧光分光光度法研究了它与金属离子的相互作用,结果表明TSAC对Fe件有选择性识别的性能.
4-( trans-4-methylformate-styryl)-6-[bis-(2-acetoxyethyl) aminomethyl]-coumarin (TSAC) was synthesized by a series of reaction including wittig and substitution etc. from 4,6-dimethy[ coumarin and characterized by UV-vis absorption spectra. The structure of TSAC was characterized by 1H NMR. The in- teraction between TSAC and metal ions was studied via fluorescence spectra. The results showed TSAC could recognize Fe3+ selectively.
