大数据催生了一大批基于数据的新创企业,同时对现有企业的商业模式产生极大的冲击,为现有制造型企业进行商业模式创新提供了可能。本文在回顾商业模式和大数据理论后,提出"基于大数据商业模式"五要素框架,并详细阐述各要素内涵。然后在此框架下,选取中易和节能技术有限公司进行案例研究,结合Hartmann的数据驱动商业模式(DDBM)矩阵,从"关键数据来源"和"关键活动"两个要素,揭示现有制造型企业如何利用大数据进行有别于新创企业的商业模式创新。
Big data has not only given rise to a large number of data-based start-up firms, but also brought massive impact on the business models of existing firms, which makes the innovation of existing firms’ business model possible. After reviewing the theory of business model and big data, this paper proposes a five-element framework of “a business model based on big data” and then elaborates the connotation of each element. Furthermore, under such a framework, this paper takes Excenergy as an example, analyzes its key data sources and key activities and finally reveals how existing manufacturing firms upgrade their business models in a way different from that of start-up firms with the help of Hartmann’s data-driven business model (DDBM) matrix.
