目的对帕金森病患者血清外周血单核细胞进行检测,探讨博尔纳病病毒感染与帕金森病的相关性。方法运用新型的三联ELISA测循环免疫复合物、抗体的方法,检测7例帕金森病患者及93例健康对照组血清外周血单核细胞中博尔纳病病毒特异性循环免疫复合物及抗体。结果 7例帕金森病中循环免疫复合物及抗体均为阴性,阳性率为0%;93例对照组中循环免疫复合物阳性7人,阳性率为7.53%(7/93),抗体阳性5例,阳性率为5.38%(5/93);帕金森病组检出率低于健康对照组,两组比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论贵州省体检人群存在着博尔纳病病毒的感染,帕金森病患者未检测出博尔纳病病毒感染。
Objective To detect the peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of the Parkinson's disease in Guizhou Province, we aim to study the correlation of the infectious situation of Borna disease with the Parkinson disease. Methods Firstly, we have to use the established method of the specific CIC and an antibody of Borna to detect the PBMC of 7 cases of patients with Parkinsong disease and 93 cases of control group. Results In the collected 7 cases of PBMC in patients with Parkinson's disease, we have detected zero positive samples of the specific CIC and antibody of Borna, Meanwhile, positive plasma samples were detected in healthy control group, and the positive rate was 7.53% (7/93), The antibody positive rate of control group was 5.38% (5/93), But between the two groups the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Our data indicated that the possibility of BDV infection was presented in healthy controls. BDV infection necessarily associated with Parkinson's disease is unable to determined.
