β-胡萝卜素-15,15′-加氧酶(β-carotene-15,15′-momoxygenase 1,BCMO1)是将具有维生素A原活性的类胡萝卜素转化为维生素A的关键酶,所以该酶对人以及动物体的消化吸收、代谢转运、生长发育以及免疫调节等有着重要影响。此外,BCMO1基因的转录因子过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体(PPAR)通过控制该基因的表达来调节体内脂肪细胞分化以及脂肪和葡萄糖代谢。本文综述了国内外关于BCMO1在体内的分布、作用机制、调控因素等方面的研究进展。
β-carotene-15,15'-momoxygenase 1 ( BCMO1 ) is a key enzyme to convert provitamin A carotenoid into retinal, and has a great effect on digestion and absorption, metabolism and transport, growth and development, and immune regulation in human and animals. The transcription factor of BCMO1 gene, peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPAR), regulated adipocyte differentiation and lipid and glucose metabolism by the regulation of this gene expression. This paper reviewed the research progress on the distribution, mechanism of action and regulative factors of BCMO1 at home and abroad.
