对内壁具有螺旋V型微沟槽的圆管进行连续加载压扁试验,分析比较了硬、软态微沟槽圆管的压扁变形过程及力学性能。结果表明:硬态沟槽管压扁过程中会依次产生"一次塌陷"、中间折痕、"二次塌陷"等严重截面畸变;软态沟槽管压扁变形比较均匀,截面畸变程度较小,环向刚度较小,能够在较小的压缩载荷下实现压扁成形。
Flattening experiment with continuous loading was conducted on the circle tube with spiral V-shaped micro grooves on the inner surface.The flattening process and its mechanical property of hard and soft micro-grooved circle tube was analyzed and compared.The results show that serious cross section distortions,such as"first collapse",intermediate crease and"second collapse"happens during the hard micro-grooved circle tube flattening process.While for the soft micro-grooved circle tube flattening process,uniform deformation and small cross section distortions happens.Soft micro-grooved circle tube has smaller ring stiffness and it could be flattened with the smaller compressive load.
