步进应力加速寿命试验是一种经济实用的寿命试验方法,讨论了逐步增加Ⅱ型截尾指数分布简单步加试验的参数估计。利用Fisher信息阵获得了参数的Jeffreys无信息先验,并利用蒙特卡罗马尔可夫链方法给出了参数的Bayes估计。最后,通过Monte Carlo方法对Bayes估计和最大似然估计进行了模拟比较,统计表明Bayes估计是高效而实用的。
Step-stress accelerated life test is economical and practical way of life tests.Parameter estimation of exponential distribution with progressive Type-Ⅱ censored sample of step-stress accelerated life tests is given.Jeffreys noninformation prior distribution of parametric is obtained by using Fisher information matrix.And Bayesian estimation for parameters of the model are obtained by using Markov chain Monte Carlo method.Finally,that Bayesian estimation is more effective and efficient than maximum likelihood estimation through comparison of simulation is demonstrated.
