研究了碳纳米管(CNT)作为新型添加剂在苯基荧光酮测定锰的分光体系中的增敏作用。结果表明,CNT与苯基荧光酮(PF)显色体系能够形成稳定的紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为593nm。锰质量分数在1~14μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,回归方程A=0.0346+0.0621C,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.53×10^4L·mol^-1cm,R=0.9984。在实验确定的最佳条件下,对自来水中的锰进行了测定,有较高的准确度。
Carbon nanotubes(CNT) were used as an additive in the chromogenic reaction for the determination of Manganese with phenyl fluorone (PF). The results showed that a purple complex was formed in the presence of CNT in the borate buffer solution. The maximum absorption of the complex appeared at 593 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity was 8.53×10^4 L · mol^-1 cm^-1. Regression calibration equation is A=-0.034 6+0. 0621 C over the concentration rang from 1 to 14μg per 25 mL of solutions with correlation coefficient of 0. 998 4. This method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in running water successfully.
