用染料吖啶橙非共价修饰碳纳米管,继而通过电聚合制得了性能优良的聚吖啶橙/碳纳米管(POAO/MWNT)修饰电极。该电极界面结构新颖,不仅具有碳纳米管独特的性质,而且能够展现出聚吖啶橙作为导电聚合物膜的性质。该修饰电极对多巴胺(DA)有优良的电催化氧化作用,催化还原峰电流与其浓度在1×10^-6~5.0×10^-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10^-7mol/L,可用于多巴胺针剂含量的测定。
Dyes were used to modify carbon nanomaterials as described in this paper.A novel polyacridine orange(POAO)/multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT) modified glassy carbon electrode(POAO/MWNT/GCE) was prepared by electropolymerization.The modified electrode,having a novel interfacial architecture,exhibited unique properties of both MWNT and conductive polymer film of POAO.The modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic properties for dopamine(DA).The catalytic peak current was linearly related to DA concentration in the range from 1.0×10^-6 to 5.0×10^-3 mol/L.The detection limit was 1.0×10^-7 mol/L.The modified electrode has been used satisfactorily for the determination of dopamine hydrochloride injection solution.
