对传统营养琼脂培养基、R2A培养基、mSPC培养基和TSA-SB培养基,在不同培养温度和培养时间下对饮用水中HPC的计数结果进行了对比检测。结果表明:富营养培养基,较高温度和较短时间培养产生的菌落数低于贫营养培养基在低温和长时间条件下培养的菌落数,贫营养的R2A培养基比其它培养基具有更好的灵敏性。
A comparison analysis of heterotrophic plate count(HPC) was conducted by using traditional nutrient Agar substrate, R2A substrate, mSPC substrate and TSA-SB substrate under different cultivation temperature and cultivation time. The results showed that, cultivation by using nutrient Agar substrate, higher temperature and shorter cultivation time could give less HPC than the cultivation with low nutrient substrate, low temprature and long time. R2A substrate had better sensitivity than other substrates.
