在近几十年的管理类研究中,企业间网络一直是学者们关心的热点问题。伴随着企业间网络中非对称性关系结构及企业间＂权力＂的形成,企业间网络逐渐演变为模块化组织,也逐渐成为学者们研究的焦点。但从现有研究看,大部分停留在模块化组织表层,鲜有涉及到模块化组织中拥有企业间＂权力＂的核心企业,核心企业对于企业间＂权力＂的拥有,在实质上,是其在模块化组织中主导地位逐渐形成的过程。本文着眼于网络理论研究成果,并在模块化组织理论成果基础上,对核心企业主导地位的形成过程进行探析,确定网络位置对于核心企业主导地位的重要作用,并提出网络中心性位置对其主导地位形成的直接促使,进而对其主导地位的实质展开了探究,致力于引导模块化组织的研究向深入拓展。

In recent decades, inter-enterprise network has long been concerned about the hot proposition by scholars. Along with the formation of asymmetric relations and inter-enterprise ＂power＂ of inter-enterprise network, inter-enterprise network has gradually evolved into the modular organization which has gradually become the focus of scholars. However, so many research of modular organization are just stayed in the surface of modular organization, and the researches related to the core enterprise of modular organization are little. From the current research of modular organization, we have conducted a study on the dominant position of core enterprise of modular organization based on the network theory, so that we have defi ned the close relationship between the dominant position and network location, and then the emphasis about this study is concentrated on the essence of dominant position. So we can push the research of modular organization forward and make the theory have more practical signifi cance for the economic society.
