通过对单一企业网络纵向案例研究,本文探讨了企业间网络中核心企业网络权力与企业间领导力的动态变迁。研究发现:核心企业在网络拓展中形成了网络权力,这种权力会随着生态企业网络的发展而逐渐演化,且这种动态网络权力配置较好地维系了企业间协调机制的有效性;过于强大的网络权力降低了核心企业行为对伙伴企业的意义建构性,进而影响到企业间领导力的提升。为此,核心企业只能通过正式权威的建立,在不同时期分别形成技术、平台和制度层面的领导力。本研究较好地弥补了依托对称性网络结构而形成的关系管理理论解释力不足的问题,同时也可以引导非对称性网络结构下企业间关系理论研究的深化。
Based on the analysis of "Big Taobao" ecological network, this study explores hub firms' power and inter- firm leadership in the context of inter-firm networks. The results show that two types of network power are formed from the ex- tension of inter-firm network: structure-driven power and capability-driven power; with the development of inter-firm network, structure-driven power and capability-driven power firstly interact with each other, with a subsequent tendency of co-evo|u- tion, thereby maintaining the efficacy of the inter-firm coordination mechanisms ; network power lowers the effect of joint sense-making between the hub and partners, thus affecting the improvement of inter-firm leadership; consequently, the hub firm has to foster technological, platform, and institutional leadership in different phases by introducing formal authority. By extending literature of network management from the perspective of relationship asymmetry, this study helps to enhance the ex- plaining power of relationship management theory which was originally built on the basis of symmetric network structure, and contributes to deepening the theoretical research of inter-firm relationship under asymmetric network structure.
