模块化组织作为一种产生于新经济时代下的新型资源整合组织形态,对于企业实现跨越式发展具有非常重要的引导作用,在此背景下,模块化组织理论的研究日趋热潮,但是,现有研究大部分停留在模块化组织表层。鲜有研究涉及到模块化组织中最为重要的核心企业。本文从模块化组织现有研究成果切入。通过梳理核心企业相关的主流文献与理论成果,结合模块化组织的新特性,从条件、角色和功能三个角度对模块化组织中核心企业的内涵进行了探究,致力于引导模块化组织的研究向深入拓展,并推动模块化组织理论的持续深化与实践指导意义的增强。
Modular organization as a new organizational form in the new economic era has very important effect on the rapid growth achieved by enterprise. So there are more and more research focused on the theory of modular organization, however, so many research of modular organization are just stayed in the surface of modular organization, and the research related to the core enterprise of modular organization is little. From the current research of modular organization, we have defined the connotation of core enterprise of modular organization by three levels which contain condition, role and function, so that we can push the research of modular organization forward and make the theory have more practical significance for the economic society.
