以温州白银豆为材料,设置了6个不同的铝处理浓度(0、1、10、100、500、1000mg·L^-1 Al^3+),采用室内培养皿水培方法,研究了不同的铝处理对白银豆幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明。当铝浓度达到1000mg·L^-1时,白银豆绝大部分死亡。低浓度的铝处理(0、1和10mg·L^-1)增强了白银豆的根系活力,促进了白银豆过氧化氢酶活性的增加,降低了白银豆的质膜透性和丙二醛的含量,抑制了白银豆过氧化物酶的活性,而高浓度的铝处理(500mg·L^-1)则效果相反。
Effects of physiological characteristics of silvery bean (Phaseolus lunatus) seedling were conducted by soaking with different sup- plementation of aluminium (Al) (0, 1, 10, 100, 500, 1000 mg·L^-1 Al^3+). The results showed that the treatment of 1 000mg·L^-1 resulted in the most severe consequence of silvery bean seeds to death. However, the treatments of both 1 and 10 mg·L^-1 improved silvery bean seeds' root activities, including catalase (CAT) activities, reduced the membrane permeability (MP), content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and peroxidase (POD) activities. The effect of 10mg·L^-1 Al^3+ on MP, content of MDA and CAT activities reached significant level (P〈0.05) when compared with control, and the increasing percentage of CAT activities was 14.12%. The result of treatment of 100 and 500 mg·L^-1 turns contrary to that of 1 and 10mg·L^-1, but the effect did not reach significant level (P〈0.05) when compared with control except the effect of 500 mg·L^-1 Al^3+ on CAT activities and the decreasing percentage was 21.80%.
