以硝酸锌和三乙胺的水溶液为前驱体溶液,在回流条件下微波辐照5min,制得了麦穗状半导体ZnO微晶。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、UV-Vis和光致发光(PL)光谱对产品的晶体结构、形貌和光学性能进行表征。结果表明,ZnO微晶为六方纤锌矿结构,单个微晶呈麦穗状,是由大量麦粒样的纳米颗粒接种于微米棒表面构成的复合结构。UV-Vis吸收光谱表明,粉体在紫外区有弱吸收,且在可见光区有较强的宽吸收,最大吸收波长为485nm;PL光谱显示在388nm处有较弱较尖的近带边激子发射和较强较宽的黄光发射。
Using Zn(NO3)2.6H2O and triethylamine aqueous solution as precursor solution,ear of wheat-like ZnO microcrystals had been successfully prepared via microwave radiation for 5min under reflux conditions.The morphology,structure and optical properties of the as-obtained products were characterized by XRD,EDS,SEM,UV-Vis and PL.The experimental results revealed that the ZnO microcrystals with hexagonal wurtzite structure is like the morphology of ear of wheat.The single ear of wheat was formed by many nano-grains planting on the surface around the ZnO micro-rod.The UV-Vis absorption spectrum showed that there is a strong and broad band at the center of 485nm as well as a weak absorption band in ultraviolet region.The room-temperature photoluminescence(PL) spectrum showed a weak and sharp near-band emission peak located at 388 nm and a strong and broad yellow emission band.
