传统变压器设计方法面积乘积法适用于工频正弦波铁心变压器,将其应用于反激高频变压器计算结果误差较大,这会导致设计的变压器性能变差。此处根据反激开关电源工作原理,改进了传统面积乘积法。计算结果表明,相比于传统面积乘积法,改进方法计算结果更加符合工程实际。实验结果表明,基于改进面积乘积法设计的反激高频变压器的电压调整率小于0.25%,负载调整率小于0.25%,纹波系数小于1%。理论计算和实验均证明了改进面积乘积法的正确性。
Traditional area product design method is designed for iron core transformer working in 50 Hz or 60 Hz. For flyback switching power supply, transformer acts as an energy storing inductor and a coupling inductor working in high-frequency.So it is not accurate for high-frequency flyback switching power supply.According to the working prin- ciples of flyback switching power supply, this paper proposes improved area product method and designes a flyback switching power supply.Calculation result shows that improved area product method meets more with engineering com- pared with traditional area product method.Experimental results show that the designed flyback switching power supply has the voltage regulation rate less than 0.25% ,the load regulation rate less than 0.25% ,and the ripple rate less than 1%.Thus,both theoretical calculation and experiments prove the correctness of improved area product method.
