利用工业原材料在铜模铸造条件下研究了Fe41C07-xMnxCr15Mo14C15B6Y2,(X=0,1,3)块体非晶材料的非晶形成能力与力学性能,通过加入B2O3进行杂质除渣净化溶料;研究了添加Mn元素来降低制备成本;制备出了2mm的非晶试样。结果表明,通过适当的手段工业原料能够制备出铁基非晶,但合金的力学性能有所降低,合金的断口均表现为典型的脆性断裂特征。

英文摘要:

Tt is studied the glass-forming ability and mechanical properties of Fe41C07-xMnxCr15Mo14C15B6Y2,(X=0,1,3) bulk amorphous materials made of the industrial raw materials and casting in the copper mold . The inpurities are dissolved and the materials in slog are purified by joining B2O3, and the price is reduced by joining Mn, and the amorphous sample with 2 mm is prepared. The result shows that through appropriate means Fe-based amorphous can be prepared by industrial raw materials, but the mechanical properties of the alloy are slightly decreased, and the fracture surface of alloy appeared as a typical brittle fracture feature.
