采用硝酸辅助的低温水热法成功制备了六方相三氧化钼,利用XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TG等手段对产物进行了表征。通过固体紫外-可见光谱测量了合成样品的带隙能。六方相三氧化钼在350℃下焙烧,发生不可逆相变,转变为正交相三氧化钼。以合成产物为光催化剂,研究了其对阴离子染料亚甲基蓝的降解性能,六方相和正交相三氧化钼对亚甲基蓝的降解率分别为94.6%和81.2%,六方相的光催化效果明显优于正交相。
Hexagonal phase MoO3 has been synthesized by hydrothermal method via a HNO3 Assisted at low temperature.The as-synthesized products were characterized by XRD,SEM,FI-TR and TG.UV-Vis spectral was used to measure band gap of the as-synthesized products.After calcined at 350 ℃,hexagonal MoO3 was changed to orthorhombic MoO3.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by monitoring the degradation of methylene blue dye.The decolorization rates of methylene blue reached 94.6% and 81.2% for hexagonal and orthorhombic MoO3,respectively.The result showed the photocatalytic activity of hexagonal MoO3 was higher than orthorhombic MoO3.
