用简单的室温液相陈化法合成了具有良好抗菌活性无机纳米化合物钼酸钴。该方法合成的产物是单斜相的纳米棒,其直径在10~80 nm,长度在几十纳米到1微米;运用XRD、FESEM、红外、紫外、荧光等分析方法对钼酸钴进行了表征。通过改变溶剂的方法,对在两种不同溶剂中合成的纳米钼酸钴进行了抗菌活性的比较和研究;结果表明具有抗菌活性的成分是钴元素,而不是钼酸根。
Cobalt molybdate with good antibacterial activities was successfully synthesized by solution-phase sedimentation method at room temperature.The resulting product is the monoclinic structure CoMoO4 nanorods with diameter range from 10 to 80 nm and lengths range from several tens nanometers to 1 micrometer.The products were characterized via X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emitted scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),Ultraviolet-visible spectra(UV-vis),florescence spectrophotometer(PL) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR).Besides,the antibacterial activities of nano CoMoO4 synthesized in two different solvents were compared and investigated in detail.The results showed that antibacterial activities of the as-prepared products is related to element cobalt,not molybdate.
