为了更好地实现碱锰电池生产线电池参数的在线检测,设计了一种排列式碱锰电池综合参数在线检测系统.首先分析目前碱锰电池生产线对电池质量控制的需求;其次提出了排列式在线检测方法,并进行测量方案和软硬件系统设计,包括系统的结构方案设计、硬件选型、现场总线组网、PLC和触摸屏程序设计;最后对试制设备进行调试,并对试制结果进行分析.试制设备经过调试,电池重量和开路电压的测量精度以及检测速度都满足了目前碱锰电池生产线的需求.
An online parameters detection system for alkaline battery was designed for better implementing the detection of battery's weight and Voc on alkaline battery production line. First, it analyzed the current alkaline battery production line's requirements for batteries "quality control. Second, it proposed an online detection method by arranging the battery for testing. It designed the measurement scheme and control system, including the design of system structure, hardware selection, field bits network, program design of PLC and PT. Last, after the trial-manufacture and debugging for the online detection system, it analyzed the result of the application. Through the debugging for the equipment, the measurement accuracy of the detection for battery's weight and Voc and the detection speed meet the demands of the current alkaline battery production line.
