提出了适用于温度场分析的中厚板多道焊焊接区域划分原则和实施方法。以船用16mmEH36厚板为研究对象,建立Y型坡口对接多层多道焊模型。采用顺序耦合方法和双椭球热源模型,并考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化和对流、辐射散热的影响,实现了CO2气体保护焊温度场区域划分和动态数值分析。获得的EH36多道焊温度场的分布规律以及区域划分时典型节点的选取方法,为温度场分析和试验提供了指导。
This paper proposes a principle and implementation method of regional division suitable for the analysis of temperature field during multi-pass welding. The object is a piece of 16mm thick plate and a Y-shaped butt multipass welding model is established. Sequential coupling simulation method and double ellipsoid heat source are applied. Dependence of temperature on the material properties is considered with convection and radiation as boundary conditions. Regional division and dynamic analysis of the temperature field for CO2 gas shielded arc welding is performed, and distribution of the temperature field for EH36 is obtained. The selection method of typical nodes for regional division provides the theoretical basis for guiding experiment and analysis of the temperature field.
