中国工业生产率区域差异持续扩大,导致区域经济难以均衡增长。在此背景下,估算了中国31个省市的工业生产率偏移的资本产出差异项和劳动产出差异项,发现各省市的工业技术特征具有明显的空间依赖性。分别使用似不相关估计(SUR)和空间面板的空间滞后模型(SLM)以及空间误差模型(SEM),检验了我国R&D投入对工业生产率的作用机制。研究结果表明,我国R&D投入更容易引致资本深化的劳动偏向型技术创新,劳动资源丰富的地区不能通过R&D投入取得竞争优势;而资本市场发达的地区从R&D投入中更容易获得技术优势。
The expanding of regional differences of Chinese industrial productivity leads regional economic grows unbalanced. In this surroudings, we estimated industrial productivity of 31 provinces and cities of China in this paper. Industrial technology among provinces shows significant spatial dependence. We examined the influence of R&D with the method of seemingly unrelated Regression (SUR), panel space and spatial lag model (SLM) and spatial error model (SEM). The results show that China's R&D investment more easily lead to capital deepening labor-biased technological innovation. We can draw the conclusion that conclusions of this study to promote innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of China's technology has important policy implications.
