创新网络中核心企业的网络权力对网络成员行为存在直接影响,同时,近几年有部分学者关注到关系能力对网络行为的重要作用。构建了网络权力、关系能力与网络行为的理论模型,并以高新技术创新集群企业作为主要样本,通过实证研究发现:核心企业强制权力会减少成员之间的合作,加剧网络中成员的竞争,非强制权力会增强网络成员之间的合作行为,减少成员之间的竞争行为;而核心企业关系能力调节了网络权力与成员行为之间的关系,一方面,高关系能力会显著降低强制权力对成员合作行为的负向影响,同时显著增强非强制权力对成员合作行为的正向影响,另一方面,高关系能力会显著降低强制权力对成员竞争行为的正向影响,同时显著增强非强制权力对成员竞争行为的负向影响。
This paper focuses on the role of relationship competence among the relation between network power and network behavior.We built a theoretical model of the network power,the relationship competence and the network behavior,and we marked High-tech Innovation Clusters enterprises as the main sample,through empirical study we found that the coercive powers of the core enterprise will reduce the cooperation between members,intensify the competition among the members in the network,while the non-coercive powers will enhance the cooperation between the members of the network,and reduce the competition among them. However,the core enterprises’relationship competence mediates the relation between network power and network behavior;on the one hand,the high relationship competence can decrease coercive powers’negative effect on cooperation and increase non-coercive powers’positive effect on competition,on the other hand,the high relationship competence can decrease coercive powers’ positive effect on competition and increase non-coercive powers’negative effect on competition.
